My name is Eronjo Linda Amukaya, the founder of Linkaya Investment. My journey in business has been built on resilience, faith, and the courage to start even when the path was uncertain. Linkaya Investment began as a simple idea — with limited resources, many challenges, and no promises — but with a strong determination to create something meaningful.
As a startup founder, I have walked through seasons of struggle. There were days when capital was not enough, clients were few, and growth felt painfully slow. I encountered setbacks that tested my strength and obstacles that made the dream feel distant. But through every difficulty, I chose to rise again.
What has shaped my journey is resilience —
Resilience to keep going when the odds were against me.
Resilience to rebuild after setbacks.
Resilience to trust the process, learn, and evolve.
Today, Linkaya Investment is growing, serving clients with excellence, and proving that small beginnings do not limit great impact. Every milestone we celebrate is a testament to perseverance, hard work, and the belief that success is built step by step.
Being nominated for the Vanguard Award is an honour, because it represents what my journey truly is: breaking barriers, leading with courage, and standing strong through challenges. My story is one of persistence, growth, and hope — and it is still unfolding.
I am proud of how far I have come and even more hopeful for what lies ahead. Linkaya Investment may still be rising, but it carries the heart of resilience. And I, Eronjo Linda Amukaya, stand here as a woman who refused to give up and continues to push forward with purpose.
